Return and Exchange Policy

You can return or exchange any item purchased at VOVK online store, if it does not suit you, within 14 days excluding the day of purchase. Or 1 month warranty period for exchange/refund.

Return and exchange of goods of proper quality is possible only if you have kept the receipt, the item is in marketable condition, has all accompanying tags and was not used.

Important notice: You can exchange or return the item in the studio where it was purchased. You will need a passport.

In order to make a return, you need to:

Fill in a return form (it is sent upon request by the manager of the online store) and receipt the correctness of the item.

Important Notice: all costs associated with the return/exchange of proper quality goods purchased in the online store are borne by the buyer.

Parcel return via Nova Posta transportation company branches.

• The delivery is carried out according to Nova Poshta charge rates.

Please note: if the recipient's data are indicated incorrectly, we cannot guarantee the delivery of the parcel to our warehouse.

When returning the item, you must attach a receipt and a completed return form (it is sent upon request by the manager of the online store).

Please note

• It is possible to return a proper quality item only if its consumer properties and marketable condition are preserved (there are no traces of being worn, the original labels are in place);
• For your return application to be considered, you need to send us the goods and a completed return form (attached to each order);
• The term for returning funds for the purchased goods is up to 10 banking days (calculated from the date of receipt of the returned goods at the warehouse along with a completed return form) to a bank card;
• Defective/incorrect items (goods that you did not order, or the incorrect size) must be returned to us with the original labels and in the original packaging;
• We pay the shipping costs for substandard quality goods. You need to provide a receipt for delivery attached to the completed return form;
• Some categories of goods, such as underwear, bodysuits, corsets, are not subject to return and exchange in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of March 19, 1994 M 172. More information is available here
