GENERAL
- 1. These Terms of Use establish the interaction procedure between VOVK.com online store and its customers - individuals and legal entities who have placed an order using the "Shopping Cart" service located on the VOVK.com website (hereinafter referred to as the website).
- 2. VOVK.com online store sells and delivers the goods throughout Ukraine.
- 3. VOVK.com online store sells the goods at retail. The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".
- 4. By placing an order on the site, the customer unconditionally agrees to follow these Terms of Use and confirms that he/she has got acquainted with them.
- ORDERING
- 1. The ordering is performed by the customer by means of adding the product to the Shopping Cart.
- 2. The order is considered to be placed properly if:
- 2.1. The customer has filled in all the fields of an Order Form, which allows identifying the customer and contacting him/her:
- 2.2.Full name/Name;
- 2.3. Phone number;
- 2.4. Address;
- 2.5. Preferred payment type (payment types are listed in para.5.1.);
- 2.6. Preferred delivery type.
- ORDER ACCEPTANCE BY VOVK.com ONLINE STORE
- 1. Upon receipt of the order, the manager of VOVK.com online store checks the availability of the goods. If the order is placed in accordance with para.2.2. hereof, the manager accepts the order and contacts the customer to confirm the details.
- 2. From the moment of the order acceptance by the VOVK.com online store, the customer has the right to refuse the order or to amend it (delete/add goods to the order, change the properties of the goods (color, size, quantity, etc.). As soon as the invoice is paid, it is not allowed to delete any items from the order.
- ORDER PROCESSING
- 1. The employees of VOVK.com online store process the order. Orders with the "PROCESSED" status, generated and confirmed before 15:00, are shipped on the same day. In the event if you made an order on Sunday or a public holiday, then its delivery would be postponed to the first business day following the day of placing the order. The dispatching city is Kyiv.
- 2. If any item is not available in VOVK.com online store, the employee will check the availability throughout the network and initiate an internal transfer after agreeing on the terms with the customer. If the item is not available throughout the network, the manager of VOVK.com online store can offer the customer to replace the missing product with any other product. With the consent of the customer, the offered product is added to the order. In case the customer disagrees to accept the replacement, the order goes into the "REFUSAL" status.
- 3. As soon as the order processing is finished, the manager of VOVK.com online store notifies the customer regarding the order status and issues an invoice to the customer if the selected payment method complies with para.5.1.2.
- PAYMENT
- 1. The customer can pay for the order in the following ways:
- 1.1. Payment upon receipt (Cash on Delivery);
- 1.2. Online payment onto the given card number;
- 1.3. Online payment using the liqpay system.
- 1.4. Payment through invoicing.
- 3. You can pay for the order in cash upon receipt of the parcel at any branch of Nova Poshta. The buyer pays the money transfer fee. The cost of Cash on Delivery is 20 UAH + 2% of the parcel cost (Nova Poshta's fee). It is also possible to pay for an order on the website immediately after placing an order using a Visa or MasterCard through the liqpay system. The payment takes place on a webpage protected by the security certificates. You pay only the cost of the goods, no commission is charged when paying online.
- DELIVERY
- 1. Delivery by postal services.
- We offer free delivery to all branches of Nova Poshta when the order amount is more than 2000 UAH. The delivery of orders up to 2000 UAH is carried out at the expense of the customer at the carrier's rates in the following ways:
- 1.1. Nova Poshta delivery service.
- 2. VOVK.com online store and warehouse is considered to have fulfilled its obligation to deliver the order at the time of its handover to the delivery service. The risk of destruction or damage to the goods after they have been handed over to the delivery service is borne by the customer.
- 3. FREE DELIVERY. The customer is entitled to free delivery in the following cases:
- when the order amount is more than 2000 UAH (two thousand hryvnas): to the delivery service branches located in the customer's city.
- VOVK.com online store and warehouse agrees on the delivery method with the customer, but has the right, at its discretion, to choose and use any delivery method that is the most advantageous for it.
- RETURN OF SUBSTANDARD GOODS
- 1. In the case of delivering the order to the clothing studio, the return is possible only at the same address at which the purchase was made.
- 2. The proper quality goods, which were ordered at VOVK.com and did not fit for any reason (style, size, color) are subject to return and exchange within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, provided that:
- there are not any traces of being used and worn;
- the marketable condition and consumer properties are preserved;
- the packaging and labels are original and undamaged;
- the delivery cost for return/exchange of goods is paid by the buyer.*
* Exception: the manufacturing defect or misgrading (the different size, color or article). In this case, the return is carried out at our expense.
The substandard quality goods (after use or with damaged labels) ordered at VOVK.com cannot be exchanged or returned.
- The process of returning the goods:
- Fill in the return form (it is sent by the manager upon the customer's request to the messenger or e-mail);
- Send the goods and the completed form to the address indicated on it;
- Receive the money by the wire transfer*
- The refund term is within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the returned goods by the manager of the online store.
* If you received a defective product or the order contained the item(s) that you didn't order, and at the same time you paid for the delivery - the manager will offer free delivery of your next order.
- The prosess of exchanging the goods:
- Fill in the exchange form (it is sent by the manager upon the customer's request to the messenger or e-mail);
- Send the goods and the completed form to the address indicated on it;
- Contact the online store manager to reserve goods for exchange.
- The delivery of an order for an exchange is carried out after it is fully processed, and the return is received by the online store manager.

- Goods that cannot be exchanged or returned:
- sanitary hygiene means and items (including toothbrushes);
- perfumery and cosmetic products;
- children's toys (soft, rubber, inflatable);
- combs, hair brushes (including massage combs);
- underwear (underwear, swimwear, nightgowns, pajamas, corsets, bodysuit);
- bed sheets;
- hosiery and socks;
- products in aerosol containers;
- semi-precious stone products, etc.

If the returned goods cannot be exchanged and returned, they are sent back at the expense of the customer.
In case of non-compliance with the conditions established hereby, VOVK.com online store and warehouse has the right to refuse to satisfy the claim regarding the defective goods or shortage (deficiency) of any goods.
